1. Narkel Kheerer Chop

One can never go wrong with classic favourites like Kheerer Chop and Shimai Puli, so take out your ingredients and get cooking!
To make Narkel Kheerer Chop, add grated coconut, cardamom powder, sugar, rice powder to flour and knead well with some water. Shape the dough into little hollowed out bowls. Add some chopped almonds, pistachios and cashew nuts and put in condensed milk and grated khoya kheer and mix well. Stuff this mixture into the bowls and fry them in oil. Take them out and soak them in a dish full of nolen gur. Drizzle with condensed milk and grated khoya kheer, then garnish with crushed almonds and pistachios.

Simply blend vanilla ice cream, sugar, de-seeded dates, coconut water, cashew nuts and a bit of ice, and enjoy in style! 3. Shimui Puli
Fry some shimui lightly with some ghee. Add milk powder and sugar and stir. This will be your stuffing. Pour some evaporated milk and khoya kheer in a pan. Stir until it thickened, then keep aside. Roll out the rice flour dough in a thin layer. Tear off a piece of dough, put a bit of stuffing into it and wrap. Do this till all the stuffing has been wrapped into little dumplings. Fry them in refined oil. Add the dumplings into the kheer mixture. Drizzle with nolen gur or jaggery. Add raisins and cashew nuts and garnish with coconut. Your Shimui Puli is ready to relish!
4. Chhanar Pulaoer Patishapta
To make this, first prepare the stuffing by mixing together paneer, sugar, jaggery, grated coconut and some ghee, then keep aside. Then make the crepes by making a batter of rice flour, sugar, salt and water, and pouring them by the spoonfuls into a pan on a flame. In each crepe, put in some of the stuffing, and fold over. Serve on a platter and enjoy!
5. Gondhoraj Lebur Cake
Mix together flour, baking soda and powder, sugar, butter, zested gondhoraj lebu (the grated outer rind of these fragrant lemons), yoghurt and eggs. Beat till the batter has mixed well. Bake in a pre-greased cake tin at 180 degrees for 30 minutes and this beautiful lemon cake is ready to eat! Slice it up and serve with a cup of strong tea.
