In the latest Bengali TV serial Rani Rashmoni, Ditipriya Roy plays the lead character of Rani Rashmoni. Even though she plays a historic character from the 20th century, Ditipriya is still in school. She took her Madhyamik exams last year from Patha Bhavan school in Kolkata and secured a first class despite shooting non-stop without taking a break. But like everyone knows, there is no end to studying. So it was a hectic Sunday for the young actor, who is preparing for her exams. She posted a photo on social media, looking hassled, with the caption: ”Trust me, Sunday is the most hectic day in the whole week….” Since Ditipriya is looking for ways to recharge for the week, we got her a few suggestions. If you are studying like Ditipriya, of course we are not telling you to study some more. But how about you pick up a story book of your choice and lose yourself in the fiction of your favourite author as you travel and have an adventure in your mind?

3. Organise yourself

Sometimes, being disorganised during working or studying also takes a toll on your energy levels and makes you feel exhausted. So spare some time to clear the clutter around you. Remove things that you do not need. You’ll be surprised to see how relaxed you feel at the end of it all.

4. Grab a treat

A sugar rush can often do wonders to your mood. If you don’t like mishit or other desserts though, dig in to your favourite food item and give yourself the treat that you deserve for working too hard. Trust us, you will come back feeling refreshed.

5. Talk it out

Sometimes when the stress level is high, it is important to talk to someone. It could be your friends or your family. Talking it out always helps in letting go of the stress that has piled up within you.

6. Take a break

Studying or working without taking breaks can make you feel even more exhausted. So keep taking regular breaks. Get up from your desk, take a stroll around, grab a cup of tea or coffee or a juice if you might so like, talk to people around and see the difference.
