On Day 1 of lockdown, Monali took her bike out into the desolate valley to stay fit and healthy and breathe in the fresh, clean air of the mountains!

She has also been keeping herself busy with daily household chores just like the rest of us, as well as taking the time to talk to her friends and family. She writes, “Being as productive as I can be during this phase.. found work with and within family.. how much I love simple and grounded, non farcical, non pretentious life.. Peace and Happiness lie in a life like that.. 😍🥰😇 No wealth can replace that..! 😘.

Look at these lamas and alpacas that have been keeping her company in a time of isolation! Aren’t they adorable?

Monali even experienced snowfall in the typically chilly cold weather of Switzerland!

Monali kicks off her day with this super healthy cuppa’ that works wonders to boost immunity! “Starting my day with a fresh PEPPERMINT🌿 + GARLIC + LEMON + GINGER tea.. This tea will help your body fight away not just Corona but all kinds of virus and germs.. Healthy and full of benefits without any side effects unlike the chemical drugs available in the market..!!” You can make it yourself at home too, using her recipe.

Monali is making the most of her days of quarantine and encourages us to do the same too, with her shining optimism and appreciation for all the good that’s in front of her.
