Well, who says working out has to be boring? Certainly not ZEE5 Original Series Kaali Season 2 actor Chandan Roy Sanyal, that’s for sure! This brilliant actor from the ZEE5 Original Bhalobashar Shohor– Arshinagar and the upcoming season of Kaaliboasts of one of the most unique and amusing ways to exercise those muscles in your body, which he has recently posted on his social media page.

In his post, captioned, “Jazz Workouts on Rio De Janeiro Blue – Mario Biondi and a Versova Machuara (fisherman) ! #workouts #jazz #riodejaneiro” he dances away to some upbeat jazz music on his own terms like a pro. Just look at those superb dance moves!

Not only does Chandan manage to entertain us in his signature humorous style, he also gets his heart rate up, torches some calories and gets an endorphin rush– a win-win situation all around, wouldn’t you say? We certainly think so! You can do the same by copying his moves and putting out a video for your friends too! Alternatively, you can put on dancing shoes and your favourite playlist of songs, and kick off your own such work out in style. It’s a much better plan than skipping exercise altogether while at home or moping around, and we’d definitely recommend it. So here’s to dancing away the blues, and getting fitter while we’re at it!
