Paneer Kebab Curry
Red chilli powder
Boiled mashed potato
Whipped plain yogurt
Green chilli paste
Sugar to taste
Take all the ingredients except oil and make little patties. Fry the patties in oil and keep them aside. In the same oil, fry some more sliced tomatoes along with yoghurt, a sprinkling of sugar, ginger and onion paste, split green chillies and pre-fried onions till a runny gravy has formed. Pour the gravy over the previously fried kebab patties. Garnish with grated cheese and/ or fried onions.
These paneer kebabs are not only yummy, but they are also extremely simple to make! Enjoy with hot tandoori rotis.
